VCAS Issuer Staging Certificate Update

Description:
CardinalCommerce will be updating the server certificate used by most externally facing VCAS Issuer staging endpoints. The current certificate is scheduled to expire on September 1, 2026, and the replacement certificate will be deployed between August 13 and August 17, 2026.

Customer Action Requested:
- Review your staging environment configuration and verify that your systems trust the certificate chain listed below
- If certificate pinning is used, ensure it is not tied to the current leaf certificate
- Validate connectivity to the staging environment after the new certificate has been deployed
