This notification is to inform you that CardinalCommerce will be performing a SFTP network maintenance starting August 24th, 2024 as part of an ongoing effort to strengthen our security infrastructure and data center redundancy.

This maintenance may require updates for customers that rely on Cardinal-provided SFTP solutions for recurring reporting extracts and PayPal batch processing. Please note, customers leveraging SFTP must complete the requirements outlined below to avoid transactional impact by no later than August 24th, 2024.

What do I need to do?
By no later than August 24th, 2024 customers may need to verify with their network teams to allow and trust the existing Egress and Ingress IP address blocks for communicating to Cardinal hosted FTP or communication from Cardinal to customer-owned SFTP.
