As of June 2nd, we successfully completed the transition of VCAS portal sign-in process to Visa Access for external users in Production to access the VCAS portal via Visa Access. All migrated users should now log in to VCAS through: https://www.visaonline.com/login.

Important Action Required: Decommissioning of Legacy Portal

The legacy VCAS portal link (https://identifiportal.cardinalcommerce.com) will be decommissioned on Wednesday, August 6th, 3:59 AM UTC. After this date, VCAS portal users will no longer be able to access VCAS via the legacy link and will be prompted with a message to login on the Visa Access homepage. Access will be available ONLY through Visa Access, which meets MFA compliance with PCI 4.0 standards.

What You Need To Do:
All users must log in to VCAS via Visa Access before August 5th, 202 to avoid risk of disruption to your business operations.

First-Time Visa Access Users:
Allow a few extra minutes for your initial login post-migration to complete account setup.

How to Log in to VCAS:

Visit https://www.visaonline.com/login

If you have an existing Visa Access account, enter your Visa Access username and password or passkey.

If you do not have a Visa Access account, enter your current VCAS portal username and password. Your new Visa Access username will now be your VCAS portal username.

Upon first login, you may be prompted to:

Change your password

Set up security questions

Set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) preferences

Once setup is complete, access VCAS from the “My Services” dashboard on the Visa Access homepage.

Trouble Logging In?

Users should contact their VCAS portal Admin to confirm account status.

If the Admin confirms the account was not migrated, the user will need to request a new user account through their standard channels; please see document VCAS Portal User Login Flows on Visa Access for more details on first time login. An account activation email will be sent to the user to complete account set up.
