This notification is to inform you that Visa will be performing a SFTP network maintenance starting August 24th, 2024 as part of an ongoing effort to strengthen our security infrastructure and data center redundancy.

This maintenance may require updates for customers that rely on Visa-provided SFTP solutions for recurring reporting extracts and batch processing. Please note, customers leveraging SFTP must complete the requirements outlined below to avoid transactional impact by no later than August 24th, 2024.

What do I need to do?

By no later than August 24th, 2024 customers may need to verify with their network teams to allow and trust the existing Egress and Ingress IP address blocks for communicating to Visa hosted SFTP or communication from Visa to customer-owned SFTP.
